This amazingly delicious gluten-free rye bread mix tastes just super good, and the rumor actually says that you won’t be able to taste the difference between a “normal” soft-core bread and the gluten-free soft-core rye bread from Ulstrupholm Gluten free.

The gluten-free rye bread mix is ​​available both in 500 gram sizes that make 1 large or 2 small gluten-free rye breads, and  in 1000 gram sizes that make 2 large or 4 small gluten-free rye breads

At Ulstrupholm Gluten-free, we advocate that quality products should be easy to bake. And we ourselves think that the gluten-free soft-kernel rye bread is to that extent easy to bake. All you have to add to the bread mix yourself is: Water & yeast.

Sådan bager du vores rugbrød

DU SKAL BRUGE

500 gr. Softkerne rugbrødsblanding
325 gr./ml. vand
15 gr. gær

DU SKAL BRUGE

Opløs gæren i lunkent vand (ca. 35 grader varmt).
Tilsæt rugbrødsblandingen.

Rør rugbrødsblandingen sammen til en ensartet dej og vej dejen
af i to rugbrødsforme med cirka 420 gram dej i hver.

Pensel med vand og drys med din favorittopping.
Lad dejen hæve i 40 minutter under et fugtigt klæde.
Forvarm ovnen til 250 grader.

Indsæt rugbrødsblandingen i den varme ovn, og sænk temperaturen til 200 grader.

Bages i 30-35 minutter til kernetemperaturen er ca. 96 grader.
